nutrient and a metal cofactor for several enzymes, it is so reQuired for
various functions such as immunity against pathogens, growth, and the
Quality of egg.
• Zinc is vital for the proliferation of cells and their differentiation, it is a structural constituent of many enzymes such as glutamic dehydrogenase, alkaline phosphatase and RNA polymerase, these enzymes are
responsible for the metabolism of carbohydrates, proteins, and lipids.
• Vitamin E is a fat-soluble intracellular antioxidant, involved in stabilising unsaturated fatty acids, thereby preventing toxic lipo-peroxides formation.
These free radicals can be formed in periods of disease or stress in the body.
• Selenium is an essential nutrient for animals, it is a component of the enzyme glutathione peroxidase, which plays an important role in protection of cells by destroying oxidising agents like hydrogen peroxide and lipid peroxides.

, Zinc sulphate and selenium which available in

flocks.
• Improved muscle tone and in problems of leg
weakness.
• Improved antibody titre and enhanced immune
status not only against the bacterial and viral
diseases but also against coccidiosis.
• Significantly influence carbohydrate metabo-
lism, fatty acid synthesis, protein synthesis
, amino acid deamination, purine synthesis and
nucleic acid metabolism.
• As an aid to help in cases of Encephalomalacia
and exudative diathesis.
